Of course the Russian armed forces are at a high level of readiness. They know that NATO might stab them in the back at any time.

Is that what it's called? "Stabbing them in the back?" That's funny.

It’s good to know Denmark has an intelligence service. Hopefully it is as good as Estonian one.

The Baltic is critical to Russia - especially when the Bosporous Strait is closed to military vessels - and Ukraine waiting to ambush civilian arms traficker. No wonder they are paranoid- but anything beyond homeland defense is out of the possibly for quite some time. The Swedish Airforce can quickly deny Russian exit from the eastern Baltic - and the narrow Danish straits can be a death trap

Now to believe that the hawks in Russia are slowly getting fed up with Putin's tactics because they absolutely want a little Iskander and Orensik staccato over Europe is also somehow understandable. I mean who would not after 2014 Fuck-Europe and one broken agreement and promise after another.

Because in the event that the reawakening Nazis in Berlin do send their own cruise missile ‘Taurus’ to Ukraine and a few shirt-sleeved war heroes from the Bundeswehr then march these weapons on military installations in Russia. With the range of the Taurus and the resurrected German Slav-haters, the drive to the east has really got going again. And legally, the operational staff is also directly involved in the war.

But what the heck, the Germans have proven themselves to be useful idiots, always instigating a war that they didn't really want but other heroic super democrats and human rights hippies. First the Austrians then these little revanchists.
